2024 marks a significant milestone for KORE as we celebrate 21 years in business. Among the numerous reasons for our success, one stands out: our exceptional team. In our latest KORE Connections blog, we are thrilled to introduce you to Fabiola De Soto who is celebrating 11 years of dedication at KORE! With a background in human resources and talent management, Fabiola brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team.

Q: What do you find most enjoyable about your job?
A: The fact that I get to interact with so many different cultures! Since we have a global presence here at KORE, me and my team get to meet and interact with people across the world and once they become IoTers, it is always fun to learn more about them, their cultures, and customs.

Q: What are some of the top things on your bucket list?
A: Skydiving, traveling through Europe, visiting a castle, and having my own private library! (Fun Fact: some say that 1,000 books are considered a library. I have 400+ books and counting!)

Q: How do you relax after a long day of work?
A: Playing with my dog Sophie and watching FRIENDS.

Q:  Do you have a favorite movie of all time?
A:  10 Things I Hate About You holds a very special place in my heart. I’m a bit of a hopeless romantic, so you will catch me watching rom-coms all year round.

Q: What advice would you give someone starting their career?
A: Be a sponge. Try to learn as much as you possibly can from every opportunity you are presented with. Don’t discriminate where the lesson is coming from. I’ve learned that the best lessons in life often come from the most unexpected people and situations. So, stay curious, ask as many questions as possible and absorb as much knowledge as you can.
