Mr. Totton, brings nearly three decades of strategy, finance, sales, and leadership experience to the President and CEO role at KORE, including many years in the Technology, Media, and Telecoms sector. Prior to joining KORE, Mr. Totton served as Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia Cloud (Temasek Holdings) and Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at ST Telemedia Group. He previously held leadership roles at BT Global Services, including Chief Executive Officer, Northern, Central and Eastern Europe, and Russia as well as Managing Director, Southeast Asia. In addition to his executive roles, Totton held a number of Directorship roles for both ST Telemedia Group and BT Global Services.

Mr. Holtz was appointed Senior Vice President of Corporate Performance, Planning, and Analytics in April 2019 and assumed the additional role of Interim Chief Financial Officer in November 2021. Mr. Holtz’s role at KORE was recently expanded to support the Company’s focus on service delivery and to help optimize financial performance. As Interim Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Holtz is responsible for managing all aspects of the organization's financial operations.

Mr. Holtz joined KORE in 2017 as Vice President of Corporate Performance, Planning, and Analytics. Prior to joining KORE, Mr. Holtz held a number of senior positions, most recently as Head of Finance for the Office of the COO at BlackBerry.

Mr. Holtz CPA, CA received his Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is also a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).

 

Jack Kennedy

Jack serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of KORE. He is responsible for the company’s global legal functions. Jack has over 20 years of corporate legal experience, primarily advising professional service, technology, and life sciences companies in corporate governance, securities, licensing, international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and data privacy matters. In addition, he has served in senior in-house legal roles at PRGX Global, Streamline Health, and Stiefel Laboratories. Jack was previously in the corporate and securities sections of the law firms Troutman Pepper and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. Jack has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from Mercer University and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University, where he was a member of the Tulane Law Review. He is a member of the Georgia and Texas state bars and lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his family.

Gordon brings over three decades of technology sector experience, having held multiple significant leadership roles Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of GeoDigital, a provider of 3D services and geospatial intelligence software. Previously, at ABB Ventyx (formerly Mincom), Gordon served as Senior Vice President, Business Solutions. Prior to this Gordon held roles of Chief Technology Officer at Infor, a leading enterprise software company, overseeing technology strategy through a significant period of growth which included the acquisition and integration of 27 companies, and Chief Operating Officer at Descartes where he was responsible for a significant business transformation.

Jason Dietrich serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of KORE.  He brings over 25 years of experience driving high growth software and hardware companies in the manufacturing and IoT space. At KORE, Jason leads the global sales and marketing functions with the goal of capturing the tremendous opportunity that exists in the rapidly growing market for IoT and connectivity use cases.

Prior to KORE, Jason was the Head of the Commercial Organization at Tulip Interfaces where Jason led all go-to-market and commercial functions including global sales, business development, partnerships, account management, sales operations, customer success, and customer services.  Prior to joining Tulip, Jason was the Chief Revenue Officer at Stratus Technologies, where Jason oversaw and directly led Stratus’ global sales, marketing, and business development efforts.  In addition, Jason was the SVP of Global Connected Operations Sales for PTC, where he was responsible for driving the adoption of the ThingWorx platform, including Analytics and Augmented Reality into manufacturing companies.  A long-time leader in management, he also held several leadership roles in sales, business operations, and go-to-market activities at PTC.

Jason holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Lehigh University.

Bryan is the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Global Industries at KORE. KORE Connected Health connects customers with the design, management, and growth of their IoT connected health solutions. Prior to joining the KORE team, he served as president of Integron for 12 years. Bryan previously served as President & CEO for a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox Corp. He has 30+ years of general management, sales, marketing, and system design experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York, and has studied at Ohio State University, as well as Laval University in Québec City, Canada.

Steven Jones is the Vice President, Carrier Management at KORE Wireless and has been with KORE since May of 2016. Steven is responsible for the oversight of the Global Carrier Services Team that provides the respective wireless and satellite offerings. In addition, Steven oversees the Advanced SIM solutions and Technical Services globally. Steven brings over 20 years of leadership, sales, solutions, and management experience; having spent most of his career with AT&T in various wireless and telecommunications sales, business development and management roles.

Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well several industry certifications and leadership accreditations.

Pete West serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales, North America, at KORE, where he is responsible for the productivity and effectiveness of North America sales activity. Pete is an expert sales executive who has spent his career strategically working to grow revenue for large technology companies. He has been instrumental in developing KORE into a global IoT company with more than 500 employees, thousands of clients, and offices worldwide.

Jared Deith is the Senior Vice President of Indirect Channels and eCommerce at KORE, where he leads product development, design, and services for KORE Indirect Channel and regulatory compliant IoT managed services to help deploy, manage, and scale eCommerce solutions. Prior to KORE, Jared was the co-founder and CEO of Business Mobility Partners and SIMON IoT, an industry leading mobility solutions provider and primary agent with a focus on life sciences and carrier programs. Overall, Jared has more than a decade of expert experience in wireless communications, Channel sales, and IoT.

Karen Oyhenart

Karen has over 30 years working with and leading in Human Resources, Finance and Operations to create sustainable cultures for the people that love to work where they do and embrace winning the trust and respect of their customers. 

She brings her ability to create strategic plans, including diversity, equity and inclusion priorities for TELUS and at the University of British Columbia. Since joining KORE in 2022, Karen has been working with the Finance teams and other key stakeholders in improving processes, practices and systems. She is a CHRL and a change practitioner, supporting global public and private organizations in large scale changes since the early 2000’s.  

Karen was born and resided in Vancouver, BC, until 2022, when she moved to a little bit of paradise on the east coast of Vancouver Island. When she isn’t working or mentoring young leaders, she is learning how to grow vegetables and flowers that the deer won’t eat and hiking with her four-legged bestie Dax and family members.

Mr. Donahue served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nextel Communications Inc., a nationwide wireless telecommunications company, from 1999 until 2005 when Nextel was merged with Sprint Corporation to form Sprint Nextel Corporation. Thereafter, and until 2006, Mr. Donahue was the Executive Chairman of Sprint Nextel and the Chairman of the Sprint Nextel Corporation. From 1996 until his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Donahue served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Nextel. During his tenure at Nextel, Nextel experienced significant improvements in financial performance, including significant growth in revenues and EBITDA. Over that same period, the market capitalization of the company increased from approximately $16 billion to approximately $40 billion. Mr. Donahue started his telecommunications career with McCaw Cellular in 1986 as president of its paging division. Mr. Donahue is currently a member of the board of directors of Ligado Networks (wireless network), and AURA Network Systems (communications), and a former member of the board of directors of NVR Inc. (home builder). Mr. Donahue is a former director of ADT Corporation (home security); Covidien plc (medical devices); Eastman Kodak Company (imaging); Nextel Partners Inc. (telecommunications); and Tyco International Ltd. (diversified). Mr. Donahue also served on the board of John Carroll University and is the former chairman of the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association. In 2004, Institutional Investor Magazine honored Mr. Donahue as the best chief executive officer in the telecommunications services and wireless sector based on ratings by investors and brokerage firm analysts. Mr. Donahue received his BA in English Literature from John Carroll University.

Dr. Bo-Linn is the Chief Executive Officer of Peritus Partners Inc., a global analytics and valuation accelerator company which provides strategy and operations expertise in information technology, cybersecurity resolution, financial structures, and digital marketing for various companies and has held this position since January 2013. From September 2010 to November 2012, Dr. Bo-Linn was Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at NetLine Corporation, an internet digital content syndication network and mobile applications company. Prior to NetLine Corporation, Dr. Bo-Linn held a number of senior executive roles including at IBM as Vice-President, and other roles with responsibilities ranging from strategy to finance, investments, digital transformation, and marketing and sales, across storage, cloud software, consumer products, and consulting services. Dr. Bo-Linn presently serves as Lead Independent Board of Director of Blackline Safety Corp., a public company and global SaaS leader in IoT connected worker technologies and gas detection. Dr. Bo-Linn was previously elected as board of director of multiple private and midcap public companies in e-commerce retail, manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications, SaaS software, and marketing, including serving as the Audit Chair on two public company’s board of directors. Dr. Bo-Linn holds a Doctorate of Education in “Computer-based Management Information Systems and Organizational Change” from the University of Houston.

Mr. MacInnis has worked at ABRY Partners since December 1998 where he is currently a Partner. Mr. MacInnis also currently serves on the board of directors of Aegis Sciences Corp. and Automated Healthcare Solutions. In the past, Mr. MacInnis has served on the board of Consolidated Theatres, RCN Cable, Sidera Networks, Network Communications, Inc., XAnd, Datapipe, North American Dental Group, Muzak LLC, Proquest, Psychological Services, Inc., and several others. Prior to working at ABRY Partners, Mr. MacInnis was a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from June 1991 through May 1997. Mr. MacInnis graduated summa cum laude from Merrimack College with a B.S. in business and received an M.B.A. summa cum laude from Boston University.

Mr. Palmer is a Managing Director at Cerberus within Cerberus’ private equity platform, which invests in global companies across various industries and geographies. In this role, Mr. Palmer helps support Cerberus’ private equity investments in healthcare, telecommunications, and technology companies. Mr. Palmer has assisted in the identification of opportunities to collaborate with innovative managers and invest in sectors undergoing transformation. Mr. Palmer has also contributed to the development of Cerberus’ investing practice in emerging markets and he currently serves on Cerberus’ Emerging Markets Investment Committee. Mr. Palmer is also on the board of directors of Stratolaunch, an American aerospace company that develops and operates technologies to fulfill national priorities; and AURA Network Systems, a company focused on developing a dedicated nationwide air-to-ground wireless communications network. Mr. Palmer previously served on the board of directors of Steward Health Care (an accountable care organization), Covis Pharma (a specialty pharmaceuticals company), PaxVax Global (a global specialty vaccines business), and Print Media Holdings (a division of YP Holdings, which was an advertising solutions platform that Cerberus carved out of AT&T). Mr. Palmer is a graduate of Duke University.

Mr. Grossman is the Chair of ABRY Partners, LLC (“ABRY”), a private equity fund, which he joined in 1996. Prior to joining ABRY, Mr. Grossman was Managing Director and co-head of the Media and Entertainment Group at Prudential Securities, Inc., and a member of the corporate finance department of Kidder, Peabody & Company. Mr. Grossman is currently a director of Nexstar Media Group, Inc. (“Nexstar”), where he has served since 1997, and was its Vice President and Assistant Secretary from 1997 until March 2002. He has been Chair of Nexstar’s Compensation Committee since September 2022. Mr. Grossman also serves as a director (or the equivalent) of several private companies including Hometown Cable, Grande Communications Networks and RCN Telecom Services. Previously, Mr. Grossman served on the board of directors of a wide variety of companies including Atlantic Broadband, Q9 Networks, Sidera Networks, WideOpenWest Holdings, Consolidated Theaters, Country Road Communications, Monitronics International, Caprock Communications, Cyrus One Networks, Executive Health Resources and Hosted Solutions. Mr. Grossman received an MBA from Harvard Business School and is an honors graduate of Dickinson College.

Ms. Eberhart currently serves as chair and chief executive officer of HMS Ventures, a privately-held business involved with technology services and the acquisition and management of real estate. From 2011 through 2014, she served as president and chief executive officer of CDI Corp. (“CDI”), a provider of engineering and information technology outsourcing and professional staffing services that was then a public company. Ms. Eberhart also served as chair and chief executive officer of HMS Ventures from January 2009 until January 2011. In addition, she served as president and chief executive officer of Invensys Process Systems, Inc. (“Invensys”), a process automation company, from January 2007 to January 2009. From 1978 to 2004, she was an employee of Electronic Data Systems Corporation (“EDS”), an information technology and business process outsourcing company that the Hewlett-Packard Company subsequently acquired, and held roles of increasing responsibility over time, including senior-level financial and operating roles at the company, including as president of Americas of EDS from 2003 until March 2004 and senior vice president of EDS and president of Solutions Consulting from 2002 to 2003. She is a Certified Public Accountant and received her B.S. from Bowling Green State University.

Ms. Eberhart’s pertinent qualifications include her wealth of managerial and executive experience, gained through her leadership as the chief executive officer of CDI, formerly an NYSE-listed public company, and Invensys, as well as her numerous years of service as an executive officer of EDS, including president of Americas; financial and accounting expertise gained through various other operating and financial positions during her 26 years at EDS; strong knowledge of the intersection of technology, data, and finance industries; and knowledge and experience gained through her service on the boards of other public companies, including risk oversight experience in chairing the governance and risk committee of the board of directors of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.

From 2014 through May 2021, Mr. Geisler was a Senior Operating Partner of Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company, where he led due diligence matters and operational initiatives. Mr. Geisler is on the board of directors of SubCom, LLC, Navistar Defense, LLC and National Dentex Labs. Mr. Geisler has previously been a member of the board of directors of DynCorp International, Remington Arms, PaxVax, Keane Group and Your Community Bank.

Prior to joining Searchlight in 2011, Mr. Frey was a managing principal at Quadrangle Group in New York, where he focused on investments in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Previously, he held positions at TPG Capital in London and Blackstone in New York. He began his career as an investment banking analyst in the media and communications group at Lehman Brothers in New York. Mr. Frey serves on various portfolio company boards. Mr. Frey received a BS in finance and BAS in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to working with Searchlight, Mr. Fuller was President of Rogers Wireless, the largest mobility carrier in Canada. Previous to this, Mr. Fuller spent 15 years with TELUS Communications, where he held a number of executive roles, including Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Business Solutions Marketing. For the last 5 years he was with TELUS, Mr. Fuller was the President and EVP of TELUS Consumer and Small Business Solutions where he led a team of just under 14,000 team members across Canada who generated more than $8 billion in recurring revenue annually from over 11 million customers. Prior to his time with TELUS, Mr. Fuller spent almost 15 years in the management consulting business working globally with clients across multiple different industries. He currently serves as member of the boards of Mitel Networks, Consolidated Communications, Ziply Fiber, Great-West Lifeco, and Canada Life. Mr. Fuller received a BASc in engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
