Mr. Holtz was appointed Senior Vice President of Corporate Performance, Planning, and Analytics in April 2019 and assumed the additional role of Interim Chief Financial Officer in November 2021. Mr. Holtz’s role at KORE was recently expanded to support the Company’s focus on service delivery and to help optimize financial performance. As Interim Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Holtz is responsible for managing all aspects of the organization's financial operations.
Mr. Holtz joined KORE in 2017 as Vice President of Corporate Performance, Planning, and Analytics. Prior to joining KORE, Mr. Holtz held a number of senior positions, most recently as Head of Finance for the Office of the COO at BlackBerry.
Mr. Holtz CPA, CA received his Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is also a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).

Louise Winstone serves as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for KORE, where she is responsible for leading the global Human Resources function. Louise brings more than 15 years of international human resources experience to KORE, having most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PRGX, where she oversaw the global HR function in 27 countries. Prior to PRGX, Louise was with Barclays Bank in London and has held a number of HR roles within Financial and Professional Services firms in the UK.
Louise holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in HR Management from Middlesex University. She and her husband moved to the U.S. four years ago and currently reside in Atlanta.

Bryan is the Executive Vice President of Connected Health at KORE. KORE Connected Health connects customers with the design, management, and growth of their IoT connected health solutions. Prior to joining the KORE team, he served as president of Integron for 12 years. Bryan previously served as President & CEO for a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox Corp. He has 30+ years of general management, sales, marketing, and system design experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York, and has studied at Ohio State University, as well as Laval University in Québec City, Canada.

Jack serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of KORE. He is responsible for the company’s global legal functions. Jack has over 20 years of corporate legal experience, primarily advising professional service, technology, and life sciences companies in corporate governance, securities, licensing, international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and data privacy matters. In addition, he has served in senior in-house legal roles at PRGX Global, Streamline Health, and Stiefel Laboratories. Jack was previously in the corporate and securities sections of the law firms Troutman Pepper and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. Jack has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from Mercer University and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University, where he was a member of the Tulane Law Review. He is a member of the Georgia and Texas state bars and lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his family.

Sunder serves as the Senior Vice President of Fleet Management and Industrial IoT. In this role he oversees the product development of Fleet & IIoT solutions, which includes hardware, managed services, and connectivity, as well as overseeing product management and customer relations and support. Sunder brings extensive IoT experience to KORE, having spent more than 15 years at AT&T in leadership roles over both product and sales organisations. Most recently, Sunder served as the global head of sales for AT&T’s IoT platform offerings where he was responsible for winning and delivering several large cloud and IoT projects. Sunder holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, and lives with his family in Dallas, Texas.

Steven Jones is the Vice President, Carrier Management at KORE Wireless and has been with KORE since May of 2016. Steven is responsible for the oversight of the Global Carrier Services Team that provides the respective wireless and satellite offerings. In addition, Steven oversees the Advanced SIM solutions and Technical Services globally. Steven brings over 20 years of leadership, sales, solutions, and management experience; having spent most of his career with AT&T in various wireless and telecommunications sales, business development and management roles.
Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well several industry certifications and leadership accreditations.

Landon is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for KORE, where he oversees global marketing efforts for the company. Prior to his current role, Landon joined Integron in 2018 to oversee all brand strategy and Go-to-Market initiatives. He's served in similar roles with wireless and IoT organizations, including Ingenu, Taoglas, and a previous tenure at KORE. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Brigham Young University in Idaho and an MBA from the University of Hawaii’s Shilder College of Business.

Gideon Rogovsky is an Accomplished executive with a 20-year track record of developing and leading global business in emerging markets with a specialty in the IoT Markets. Gideon is leading KORE America's sales accountable for revenue and profitability (EBITDA) targets in the region.
Before joining KORE Gideon EVP of Global Services Sales for Telit IoT Platforms, leading a team of IoT Platform and Connectivity Sales Specialists around the world. Since Gideon joined in 2005 he subsequently held positions of VP of Sales for APAC and the EMEA regions. In 2011, Gideon was appointed to CEO of Telit Israel, where he directed the acquisition of Motorola’s m2m division. Prior to joining Telit, Gideon worked as a marketing manager and production manager for Lambda Crossing Ltd, a start-up of advanced semiconductor-based optical components. Gideon started his career as a co-founder and head of sales of Oplink Communications Ltd, a pioneer of infrared transceivers for m2m applications. Gideon holds a B.A. in Business Management.

Sergio Souza serves as the Vice President, Brazil at KORE where he is responsible for managing KORE’s IoT business in the region. In 2004 Sergio founded TM Data, an M2M communications organisation, realising the great growth potential of the Brazilian M2M services market. TM Data was acquired by Wyless in 2015, and with the subsequent acquisition of Wyless by KORE in 2016, Sergio took on the leadership of KORE Brazil.
Sergio has extensive experience in the telecommunications, IoT, and IT sectors, having previously held executive positions in companies such as TIM Brazil, Brightpoint, CRAY Research, HP, and Embraer.

As VP of Sales, John is responsible for driving all sales across the EMEA region with a focus on growing the company’s Enterprise, Channel & IOT Solutions businesses. Prior to joining KORE John held numerous leadership roles at the Enterprise Software Leader, PTC where he was responsible for Worldwide Sales, Strategy & GTM of the Telco Partner Program and prior to that lead PTC’s OEM & ISV Program in EMEA-India Markets. John holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Stirling.

Vince Jager is the Vice President, Asia Pacific Sales at KORE where he is responsible for all revenue generating activities for the region in addition to general management responsibilities for the KORE Asia Pacific offices.
Prior to joining KORE, Vince has over 25 years of extensive Sales Management experience in the Telecommunications Industry, spanning technology segments including mobile wireless, broadband HFC, optical fibre, cloud services, lifecycle network infrastructure management, and emerging environmentally sustainable green technologies. His expansive knowledge of the industry has positioned him all over the Asia Pacific region with experience working in Southeast Asia, New Zealand, and Australia.

Pete West serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales, North America, for KORE, responsible for managing sales. Pete is an expert sales executive who has spent his career working for large technology companies in growing revenue. Mr. Donahue served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nextel Communications Inc., a nationwide wireless telecommunications company, from 1999 until 2005 when Nextel was merged with Sprint Corporation to form Sprint Nextel Corporation. Thereafter, and until 2006, Mr. Donahue was the Executive Chairman of Sprint Nextel and the Chairman of the Sprint Nextel Corporation. From 1996 until his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Donahue served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Nextel. During his tenure at Nextel, Nextel experienced significant improvements in financial performance, including significant growth in revenues and EBITDA. Over that same period, the market capitalization of the company increased from approximately $16 billion to approximately $40 billion. Mr. Donahue started his telecommunications career with McCaw Cellular in 1986 as president of its paging division. Mr. Donahue is currently a member of the board of directors of Ligado Networks (wireless network), and AURA Network Systems (communications), and a former member of the board of directors of NVR Inc. (home builder). Mr. Donahue is a former director of ADT Corporation (home security); Covidien plc (medical devices); Eastman Kodak Company (imaging); Nextel Partners Inc. (telecommunications); and Tyco International Ltd. (diversified). Mr. Donahue also served on the board of John Carroll University and is the former chairman of the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association. Mr. Bahl brings 30 years of experience delivering high growth among SaaS and IoT companies and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of KORE since October 2017. Prior to joining KORE, Mr. Bahl served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lochbridge, a leading technology consulting and solutions provider in the IoT and digital enablement space, from November 2015 to October 2017. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Global Industries for Computer Sciences Corporation, a global provider of information technology and professional services and solutions, where he managed a ~$9B business from April 2014 to November 2015, and as Chief Executive officer of PRGX Global, Inc., a data-focused analytics company, from January 2009 to November 2013. Mr. Bahl has also had leadership roles at A.T. Kearney, Infosys, and Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Bahl holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Directorate of Marine Engineering & Technology in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Mr. Galbato is the Chief Executive Officer of Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company LLC. He oversees the platform’s operating executives and functional experts to integrate operating expertise within Cerberus’ portfolio companies and investment strategies. He serves on the board of directors of various Cerberus portfolio companies, including Albertsons, Electrical Components International, FirstKey Homes, and Staples Solutions. He also is a Board member for Blue Bird, a former Cerberus portfolio company where he previously served as Chairman, and AutoWeb. Mr. Galbato held Board memberships for prior Cerberus investments, including Chairman of Avon Products, Chairman of YP, Chairman of North American Bus Industries, Chairman of Guilford Mills, Director of Steward Health Care, Director of DynCorp International, Director of New Avon, and Director of Tower International. Separately, he served as the Lead Director for Brady Corporation, a publicly-traded manufacturing company.
Prior to joining Cerberus in 2009, Mr. Galbato was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Controls Division of Invensys plc and separately, was the President of Services at The Home Depot. Mr. Galbato also held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Armstrong Floor Products and prior to that was the Chief Executive Officer of Choice Parts. He spent 14 years with General Electric, holding several operating and Finance leadership positions within their various industrial divisions as well as holding the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Coregis, a GE Capital company.
Before beginning his corporate career, he played professional baseball with the Montreal Expos in their minor league system. Mr. Galbato graduated from the State University of New York and received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Mr. MacInnis has worked at ABRY Partners since December 1998 where he is currently a Partner. Mr. MacInnis also currently serves on the board of directors of Aegis Sciences Corp. and Automated Healthcare Solutions. In the past, Mr. MacInnis has served on the board of Consolidated Theatres, RCN Cable, Sidera Networks, Network Communications, Inc., XAnd, Datapipe, North American Dental Group, Muzak LLC, Proquest, Psychological Services, Inc., and several others. Prior to working at ABRY Partners, Mr. MacInnis was a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from June 1991 through May 1997. Mr. Palmer is a Managing Director at Cerberus within Cerberus’ private equity platform, which invests in global companies across various industries and geographies. In this role, Mr. Palmer helps support Cerberus’ private equity investments in healthcare, telecommunications, and technology companies. Mr. Palmer has assisted in the identification of opportunities to collaborate with innovative managers and invest in sectors undergoing transformation. Mr. Palmer has also contributed to the development of Cerberus’ investing practice in emerging markets and he currently serves on Cerberus’ Emerging Markets Investment Committee. Mr. Palmer is also on the board of directors of Stratolaunch, an American aerospace company that develops and operates technologies to fulfill national priorities; and AURA Network Systems, a company focused on developing a dedicated nationwide air-to-ground wireless communications network. Mr. Palmer previously served on the board of directors of Steward Health Care (an accountable care organization), Covis Pharma (a specialty pharmaceuticals company), PaxVax Global (a global specialty vaccines business), and Print Media Holdings (a division of YP Holdings, which was an advertising solutions platform that Cerberus carved out of AT&T). Mr. Palmer is a graduate of Duke University.
Mr. Yosef-Or is a Partner at Abry Partners and joined the firm in 2005. Prior to joining ABRY, Mr. Yosef-Or was a member of the Financial Institution Group at Bear Stearns Investment Banking Department. Previously, he was a member of the Securitization Transaction Group at Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Yosef-Or is involved in media, communications, and business information services investments in the data center, managed cloud, satellite communication, digital media, IoT, contact center software, and HCIT sectors. Mr. Yosef-Or currently serves as a director of Alvaria, MobileHelp, Options IT, and Recovery Point Systems.
