The 5G era is set to define a critical arm of the Internet of Things – Massive IoT. Use cases will be found in precision farming, smart factories, utilities, cities, and much more. One of the key driving forces behind this ability is low power wide area (LPWA) connectivity.

With the ability to support millions of devices through cellular connectivity that is designed for low power IoT devices and ideal in remote or hard-to-reach locations, the enablement of connecting “things” has become much more feasible.
