KORE To Go Public Via Merger with CTAC

KORE announced in March that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Cerberus Telecom Acquisition Corp. (CTAC), a special purpose acquisition company affiliated with Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. Upon completion of the transaction, the combined company expects to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “KORE”. 

This strategic merger will allow KORE to leverage CTAC’s leadership and advisor network with notable operating expertise and experience in the information and communications technology sector. The result will be an increased capacity to do what KORE does best: helping businesses realise the promise of the Internet of Things through world-class managed IoT connectivity solutions.

KORE Announces New VP, Investor and Public Relations

As KORE advances toward its public listing, the communications function, especially in investor and public relations, plays a critical role in the company’s long-term strategy. KORE is pleased to announce the hiring of Jean Creech Avent to the new role of Vice President, Investor and Public Relations.

Jean is an award-winning corporate communications executive with decades of experience in propelling transformation and growth at multinational companies across the globe. Before joining KORE, Jean most recently led global corporate communications for a leading cybersecurity firm. Prior to that, she headed global public and analyst relations for a big data, technology, and analytics firm which is a part of a FTSE 100 company. She spent the early part of her communications career in the public accounting space, working in the TMT industry group of what was, at that time, one of the Big 5 firms.
